Best Chefs in The World To Craft "Four-Hand" Dinner in France
Mirazur chef Mauro Colagreco has invited Sinagpore chef Andre Chiang to join him in the kitchen to prepare an exclusive dinner where East meets West.
Italo-Argentinian chef Mauro Colagreco has been making waves at his restaurant Mirazur in France's Cote d'Azur for some time now. To celebrate his 11th position on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list, Colagreco has invited Michelin-starred Taiwanese chef André Chiang to join him in the kitchen.
Chiang is the chef/owner of the acclaimed Restaurant André in Singapore, which currently ranks 6th on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants list and 37th on the World's 50 Best. Together, they will concoct a unique"four-hands" menu that will merge Colagreco's vegetal universe with Chiang's exotic cuisine with a Mediterranean twist.
The special dinner will be held July 27th and will certainly make use of the produce from Mirazur's garden which produces no fewer than 100 varieties of vegetables including tomatoes, beets, radishes, chard, arugula, and yellow and red carrots.
This is the second exclusive dinner hosted by Mirazur, following one with Australian chef Mark Best held during the Grand Prix. For more information please contact events@maurocolagreco.com or julia@maurocolagreco.com. Also, call + 33 (0)4 92 41 86 86.
