This latest dinner is one in a cycle of four handed dinners which began November, with some of the most important Michelin starred chefs taking turns in Franco Pepe's Italian gourmet pizza parlour, Authentica, in exclusive soirees and unforgettable culinary duets in "Authentica Stellata"!
Each event offers a unique and exclusive tasting itinerary, will be available for only eight guests, to allow for a personable evening and direct contact with the chefs.

Authentica Stellata is the brainchild of Franco Pepe and is designed to offer unique moments, new knowledge and flavors in a room where the human factor regains its dimension. It will be a cycle of evenings not to be considered individually, but as a whole, without differentiation between the Chefs, in the spirit of true friendship and the pure fun with which Franco Pepe has designed and designed.
A portion of the proceeds from the dinners will be allocated to training projects.
