The Annual Celebrity Chef Cookout Arrives In the Cayman Islands

Feel the sand beneath your feet and the sun on your back at the eighth annual Cayman Cookout culinary festival.  This year's food fuelled event will take place at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman hotel from January 14 through to 17 2016 where organiser, Chef Eric Ripert has enlisted a stellar line up of local and internationally renowned chefs.

José Andrés, culinary innovator and all round food advocate, Eric Ripert, chef and co-owner of New York restaurant Le Bernardin, currently in the top 20 on the S. Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, TV celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain, Florian Bellanger, acclaimed pastry chef, and Tom Colicchio, chef and cookbook author, to name but a few, will be cooking up paella, in BBQ pits on the beach and taking to the stage in a line up of exclusive events and much more.

The Beach Bash Presented by Progressive Distributors Ltd where foodie revellers will take to catamarans and an off shore location where it is guaranteed Chef Eric Ripert will have a smooch with a sting ray, according to the Daily Meal, as well as a gastronomic picnic.

The Rundown with Anthony Bourdain - Anthony Bourdain explores tastes and talks local flavors with some of Cayman's finest chefs, restaurateurs and producers.

Seven to Savour: An Evening with Eric Ripert & the Chefs of Cayman Cookout Presented by IMPULSE! International - The concluding night and signature event of Cayman Cookout finishes with a lavish seven course dinner hosted by Chef Eric Ripert, featuring Chefs José Andrés, Tom Colicchio, Dean Fearing, Michael Mina, Hubert Keller, Ludo Lefebvre and Florian Bellanger.

Barefoot BBQ Presented by Certified Angus Beef® - Enter the party spirit and dine under the stars as Chefs Eric Ripert, Anthony Bourdain, José Andrés, Cindy Hutson, Dean Max grill up a storm on the beach along with hand-crafted cocktails, live music and sweets from Chef Florian Belanger.
