Anne-Sophie Pic, the chef of the three-star restaurant La Maison Pic in Valence will prepare a six-course dinner in collaboration with Petrossian caviar house at Petrossian Salons in Paris on November 12, 2019.
The recently crowned chef also of her two Michelin star restaurant La Dame de Pic in London will be in Paris on the occasion of the special dinner with the famous caviar producer.
On the menu: A six-course gastronomic menu centred on caviar with a food and wine pairing, including champagne and sake.
"Through their Private Dinners, Petrossian wishes to create the occasion of unique evenings by inviting personalities to their dining rooms whose history resonates with that of the House", justifies the press release, which ensures that Anne-Sophie Pic and Petrossian "share the same values of sincerity and friendliness."
