Andre Chiang will take in New York, Amsterdam, Paris and London during his 10 day tour of exclusive dinners to mark the publication of his first book.
Chef-artist André Chiang will mark the publication of his first cookbook Octaphilosophy with a series of intimate and exclusive dinners and one–off events kicking off in New York today, and closing in London on 22 June.
Taking a brief departure from Restaurant ANDRÉ, #3 in Asia's 50 Best Restaurant List, Chiang will take to the road to personally share the voice and beautiful creations of the restaurant as detailed in Octaphilosophy: The Eight Elements of Restaurant ANDRÉ.
During his 10–day journey Chiang will also collaborate with a number of leading chefs including Jeremiah Stone and Fabian Von Hauske, Joris Bijdendijk, Vincent Crepel and James Lowe, in a series of special dinners that will span New York, Amsterdam, Paris and London, as well as giving insight into his unique culinary philosophy of the 'eight elements': taste, salt, texture, memory, pure, terroir, south, artisan and unique.
