Renown for its vineyards and world-class wine, Western Australia's capital is gearing up for the 2015 Taste of Perth, an annual food festival that brings together some of the hottest local restaurants, wine makers and artisan producers.
The 2015 Taste of Perth will be held on the beautiful grounds of Langley Park and feature a delicious blend of gourmet food, premium beverages, live entertainment and workshops for foodies interested in improving their skills in the kitchen.
Similar to other Taste festivals, the gastro-fest functions pretty much like a restaurant, offering lunch and dinner services over a three-day period. Visitors may compose their own menus by choosing from over 40 restaurant dishes crafted by some of Perth's most talented chefs.
Participating chefs include Alasdair Thompson, Corey Tang, Dan Fisher, Leif Huru, Pat Cheong, Scott Bridger and Joel Valvasori-Pereza. For tickets and more information, swing by the event website.
