We’ve looked at how to season pans before on Fine Dining Lovers but the serious amount of heat that this chef manages to produce is somehow hypnotic to watch.
The process takes a few minutes as he cooks up the pan, adds a small amount salt to the bottom, washes and then seasons with really hot oil.
