Ohio-based artist Steve Casino had a pretty nutty idea for a project.
Inspired by the curvaceous shape of peanut shells, he turns them into food art that mimics celebrities and popular characters like Alfred Hitchcock, James Bond and The Addams Family.
To craft each nutty work of art, Casino carefully removes the peanuts then glues and sands the shell. The shell is then ready for additions like arms, legs and paint - a process that can take up to 10 hours of work.
