You can’t beat a bit of vintage Marco Pierre White and this video snippet is about as vintage as it gets.
Watch as the chef, in his usual manner, explains to the presenter how to cook the classic dish of calf’s liver and onions - “you take a little butter, he says, as he tosses a huge chunk in the pan.
White certainly doesn’t seem overly happy while he’s cooking and it seems this recipe is from the same series in which he later told the presenter she could leave his kitchen.
