The team at Diners Club International have made a great video with chef Yoshihiro Narisawa at his Les Creations de Narisawa restaurant in Tokyo.
Narisawa’s restaurant was voted as number one on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants List in 2013 and second in 2014.
In the video Narisawa discusses the philosophy behind his restaurant, how he works closely with nature, seasonal ingredients, and how he sources the ingredients for one his most famous dishes, soil soup.
