The Perennial Plate has teamed up with the folks behind Cook it Raw (Charleston) to bring the world a behind-the-scenes film of the avant-garde event where chefs head into the wild to learn, explore and cook in a new territory.
Cook It Raw takes place in several cities around the world and brings together some of the most forward-thinking minds in the food industry. The Charleston edition featured pioneers like Dan Barber, Albert Adrià, Enrique Olvera, Ben Shewry, Sean Brock and April Bloomfield, among others.
