Tom Kerridge, Owner of England's Best Restaurant, to Open Second Pub

The British chef Tom Kerridge has announced that he will be opening a second pub in Marlow, England, serving food for around 40 diners.

The new place, currently named the Coach & Horses, is set to open in November and will be on the same street as Kerridges first pub, The Hand & Flowers (pictured above), which was voted The Best Gastropub in the UK, number one on the list of the 100 Best Restaurants in the UK, and has two Michelin stars.

The new place will open from 8am, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, with all dishes priced between £6 and £15.

There will be a rotisserie machine behind the bar roasting a mix of different meats including ‘morning bacon’. Kerridge said all the meat will be: “roasted in the traditional rotation style that is synonymous with succulent meat, thanks to it cooking in its own juices”.

There’s no exact information available on what to expect from the menu but Kerridge did hint at a few, saying there would be a moules mariniere with warm stout and brown bread, a whole rotisserie-roasted stuffed quail served, mid-morning snacks, afternoon tea and cakes of the day.
