The Table - Three Michelin Stars in Their First Year of Opening

It’s not easy to knock out three Michelin stars in your first year of operation, unless of course you’re from the same sort of Michelin stock as chef Kevin Fehling who left the three Michelin starred Belle Epoque restaurant to open The Table in Hamburg - a small chef’s table style restaurant that today entered the 2016 Michelin Guide for Germany with the highest possible accolade of three stars.

The restaurant, as you can see from the picture below, is designed so that customers watch the kitchen, almost like dining cinema - where the food is as colourful as it comes. Served on wonderful dishes and coloured glass designs, the food looks stunning.

With a nod to a restaurant that literally just stepped in an took the top notch on the belt of Michelin, here’s a look at some of their amazing dishes.
