Watch the Trailer for Netflix's New All-Star Cooking Show

The trailer for Netflix’s newest food offering, The Final Table, has just been released. The cooking competition, which features some of the sharpest culinary stars of the hour, will begin streaming November 20th.

Judged by the world’s biggest chefs, The Final Table spilts 24 chef contestants into 12 teams of two. These teams compete in different challenges across nine different countries. Winners of local challenges will then compete at the final table, where judges: Andoni Luis Aduriz, Enrique Olvera, Grant Achatz, Yoshihiro Narisawa, Anne-Sophie Pic, Vineet Bhatia, Clare Smyth, Carlo Cracco and Helena Rizzo will use their expertise to choose a winner. Each episode will focus on the country of one of the judges, taking in the local cuisine of the area, the culture and traditions along the way. 

The Final Table jury were revealed when the show was first announced and the trailer shows snippets of a few of them: Clare Smyth (UK), Grant Achatz (USA) and Enrique Olvera (Mexico). However, chefs are not the only guests, the show’s line up also includes food critics and local celebrities from each of the nine countries.

It's a high budget, ambitious cooking competition and one of Netflix's first steps into original programming of this nature. The show will highlight diverse cultures, ethnicities and cuisines with Mexico, Spain, England, Brazil, France, Japan, the USA, India and Italy all featuring, the question is, are we still hungry for food cook offs?
