11 Dishes from New York's Rising Stars

The StarChefs New York Rising Stars gala dinner was held last night in New York with some of the restaurant industries most promising young chefs, pastry chefs and sommeliers. 

The new Game Changer award, sponsored by S.Pellegrino, went to Greg Baxtrom from Olmsted for the unique farm-to-table approach at his Brooklyn based restaurant.

The event was packed with chefs from across the city who cooked for the crowds inside the wonderful Capitale building. Below you can see all of the dishes created by the Rising Star winners. An eclectic mix of cuisines, techniques and styles that show what a diverse and delicious range of food is being cooked up by the young chefs of New York.
