St.Petersburg Gourmet Days Opening Night in Dishes

St.Petersburg Gourmet Days, sponsored by S.Pellegrino, got off to a spectacular start this week with a team of local chefs preparing an unforgettable gastronomic experience at the Four Seasons Lion Palace Hotel.

Accumulated guests and gourmands were treated to an evening inspired by a magical summer garden, with the sunset revealing the culinary flair and expertise of nearly a dozen chefs from the city's finest restaurants. Each inventing their signature dishes around the concept of of plant-based food and  produce of the North-West region and reflecting the culinary prowess of St.Peterburg as a gastronomic destination. 

A special dessert designed for the evening by the Four Seasons Lion Palace pastry chef, Nicholas Lambert.

The evening was the perfect chance to set the tone for this third annual festival, with a series of workshops, guest chefs and restaurant dinners highlighting the local culinary scene, both at home and abroad.
