Restaurant Has Perfect Come Back to Customer Complaint

Nothing makes us smile quite like a well placed restaurant response to a badly placed restaurant review. And the latest to catch our eye is a beauty.

Posted by the Oxton Bar and Kitchen in Liverpool, the response gets straight to the point in explaining why a customers who had complained about her $8 fish and chips being too expensive was way off the mark.

“Ok Debbie. Where do I begin?” read the opening line, written after the customer, Debbie Davies, took to Facebook to voice her complaint.

Not to be knocked down, even though Debbie said the food was “lovely”, the management at the bar decided to explain in simple terms exactly why the food cost £8.

“You’re welcome to recreate in your own home” has to be the best line in the whole thing. Makes us think once again about what the world would look like if restaurants could also review their customers.
