If you've ever daydreamed about having a casual drink with "Food God" René Redzepi then feast your eyes on this fun video of the Danish chef enjoying bagels and Bloody Marys during a recent visit to New York City.
The chef was in town promoting his three-part book A Work in Progress when he met up with The Tasting Table's editorial director Adam Sachs. Together they enjoyed brunch at PDT, a subterranean bar in the Village.
Things got really interesting after dill Aquavit went into the Bloody Marys and Redzepi read a provocative passage from his book regarding a failed attempt at putting brains on the menu at his restaurant Noma, which currently ranks second on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list.
