What's next for Paul Bocuse? The legendary French chef plans to open a restaurant this summer inspired by the animated film Ratatouille, Disneyland Paris announced.
Bocuse, creator of the culinary olympics known as Bocuse d'Or, will debut a bistro at Le Monde de Rémy attraction and collaborate with Rémy, the rat who dreams of becoming a chef in the 2007 Pixar film.
The attraction will feature a ride called Ratatouille: L’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy that will take visitors on a trip through the ficticious Parisian restaurant Chez Gusteau. The best part? Guests will be able to sample Rémy's famous ratatouille.
“By developing this new Ratatouille attraction, we continue to ensure our guests can experience their favourite Disney stories in memorable ways that only Disney can provide. The theme, which is very français, is a tribute to our capital and the unforgettable characters that make Ratatouille the ideal choice for an attraction that fits perfectly at Disneyland Paris,” said Euro Disney Chairman Philippe Gas.
This will be Bocuse's second restaurant at the theme park as he already runs Monsieur Bocuse at France's Epcot Center.
