The young pastry chef will present his creations in the Rue de Castiglione, in the 1st district of Paris. While it's still under wraps about the particulars the patissier will be conjuring up we only know that they will be different from those of Le Meurice - where Cédric Grolet will also continue to work.

2. Jean Imbert opens his third address of Les Bols de Jean

Jean Imbert opens a third address in the rue de la Boétie in the 8th arrondissement of the capital, on Saturday 20 January.

The principle of Bols de Jean remains the same: homemade and seasonal dishes served in bread bowls imagined by the famous baker Eric Kayser. Gourmets can thus find the "vegetarian bowl", the "bowl of the market", the "bowl of Brittany" or the "bowl of the chef", to enjoy from Monday to Saturday, noon and evening.

Where: Les Bols de Jean, 37 rue de la Boétie, 8e arrondissement de Paris

3.Hélène Darroze

Star chef, since Helen Darroze should open very soon a new restaurant in Paris. According to Le Figaro, this new establishment will be located in the 2nd arrondissement of the capital. This future address will not be Hélène Darroze's first restaurant in Paris - The chef already has an eponymous gourmet restaurant in the 6th arrondissement as well as The Connaught in London, awarded two stars in the Michelin Guide.

Marc Veyrat is expanding his empire. Having reopened La Maison des Bois in November 2016 and inaugurated its Rural restaurant in April 2017 at the Palais des Congrès in Paris, the chef in the hat will continue his adventures in 2018. According to our colleagues on the Atabula site , Marc Veyrat would indeed open two new restaurants "Rural" in the course of the year. One of these two establishments will open in Paris, although where is still a secret. The concept will also be exported to Lyon, in the district of Part Dieu.
