The Oscars Food Menu for 2017

Wolfgang Puck is getting ready to cook up the Oscars famous Governors Ball after party dinner for some of the world’s biggest celebrities.

The press have been given an early glance of what Puck is planning with the chef reportedly cooking up a menu that includes around 50 different courses in total.

As with all years, Puck and his crew of hundreds are pushing the boat out with some interesting takes on classics, like the lobster corn dogs, and unique techniques displayed in dishes like the Carrot juice infused pasta.

Pastries, listed in the dessert section below, will be prepared by Kamel Guechida, Monica Ng and Jason Lemmonier.

The Governors Ball will take place directly after the 89th Academy Awards on Feb 26th.

Savoury Snacks

Oscar shaped cracker with smoked salmon. 
 
Black truffle chicken pot pie.
 
Baked macaroni and cheese.

Moroccan spiced Wagyu short rib with parmesan funnel cake.
 
Taro root tacos with shrimp, mango, avocado and chipotle aioli.
