His restaurant Mugaritz has two Michelin stars and is third in the World's 50 Best Restaurants list. Rather than rest on his laurels, chef Andoni Luis Aduriz is doing something rare.

Aduriz has not only agreed to be a restaurant consultant for a luxury hotel located in Spain's wine country, but he is adding a touch of Mugaritz to the exclusive menu which will feature an emphasis on game meats and area staples like bread, wine and vegetables,  according to an article published in the Spain's national newspaper El Pais.

Located in a vineyard in Ribera del Duero, and just a hour ride from Madrid, the Abadia Retuerta Le Domaine is a 12th century abbey that was converted into a five-star hotel.  It has served as a sort of retreat for Aduriz who has enjoyed stomping on grapes and serving its rosy must to dinner guests, as reported by Rosa Rivas for the Spanish publication.

While Le Domiane isn't an actual outpost of his restaurant, the chef has already implemented some Mugaritz-like dishes such as roasted lamb with radish ash and braised figs served on almond ''dirt.'' Based on its rich cultural history, Aduriz plans on arranging a slew of cultural activities at the abbey.
