As the year comes to an end, the folks at Zagat have rounding up what they believe to be the 25 most important restaurant openings in the U.S. for 2013.

The team analyzed restaurant openings of the year across The States and came up with Qui in Austin as their top pick. Opened by Top Chef winner Paul Qui, the restaurant offers ''hyperlocal cuisine'' and "can't-miss cocktails'' in a "hip, beautiful interior."

It doesn't take long to realise your insecurity and xenophobia. You missed one valid point. In the US. You must realise that with a few exceptions the worlds best and most valued restaurants are generally in Europe. Please make this clear in further posts. AFTER ALL this is not baseball and American football that also has a problem with an understanding of the superlative and also the word World.
