The Michelin Guide for the Main Cities of Europe has been released covering most of the major cities across Europe in one simple publication.
The publications acts as an entry point for some of the countries who don’t have their own dedicated Michelin guides such as Poland, Budapest and The Czech Republic.
The Tanti restaurant in Budapest received its first Michelin Star with the editor of the guide, Rebecca Burr, speaking highly about the food they serve, she said it’s “great cooking and simple artistry. This is a stylish modern restaurant and the kitchen delivers ‘clean’, fresh flavours and shows a real understanding of ingredients”.
The Ambiance à Vindåkra, Bloom in the Park and Vollmers restaurants entered the guide for Malmo with one star and the Frederikshøj, Gastromé and Substans restaurants in Aarhus also received their first star.
In total the new Michelin Guide for the Main Cities of Europe features 15 Three Star, 83 Two Stars and 373 One Star restaurants.
