Michelin Guide for the Main Cities of Europe 2015

The Michelin Guide for the Main Cities of Europe has been released covering most of the major cities across Europe in one simple publication.

The publications acts as an entry point for some of the countries who don’t have their own dedicated Michelin guides such as Poland, Budapest and The Czech Republic.

The guide covers 46 cities in 20 countries with two new cities, Aarhus in Denmark and Malmo in Sweden, included in the 2015 publication.

The Tanti restaurant in Budapest received its first Michelin Star with the editor of the guide, Rebecca Burr, speaking highly about the food they serve, she said it’s “great cooking and simple artistry. This is a stylish modern restaurant and the kitchen delivers ‘clean’, fresh flavours and shows a real understanding of ingredients”.

The Ambiance à VindåkraBloom in the Park and Vollmers restaurants entered the guide for Malmo with one star and the Frederikshøj, Gastromé and Substans restaurants in Aarhus also received their first star.

In total the new Michelin Guide for the Main Cities of Europe features 15 Three Star, 83 Two Stars and 373 One Star restaurants.
