In what has to be one of the craziest food videos to ever come out of Sweden, maybe even the entire culinary world, Chef Magnus Nilsson sets about showing Lucky Peach viewers how he makes Frankenchicken.
Frankenchicken being a way in which Nilsson removes all meat from a Chicken before reattaching pork which has been expertly carved to fill the place of chicken.
It's shot for a video set in a future where poultry has been banned after the spread of a strange bacteria - forcing the great chefs like Nilsson to come up with new ways to roast a bird.
Chef Nilsson runs Faviken, a restuarant in a remote part of Sweden that ranked 34th on The World's 50 Best Restaurants List in 2012, an event sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.
It's all in good jest but we still can't shake the idea of food grade staples.
