As Google tries to reassert its dominance over what we search for in our lives, users in the U.S. can now ‘place an order’ for food directly from search results.
Teaming with the food delivery services: Seamless, Grubhub, Eat24, Delivery.com, BeyondMenu and MyPizza.com - Google will gives people searching for restaurants the option to place an order linking to one of the six sites above.
The search giant say they will increase this feature and add more options in the future.
It’s yet another move from Google to incorporate new features into their search engine, earlier this year they also added a special cocktail search that shows recipes when people search about them.
We will one day type our grocery bill into google only to have it find the best matches and automatically order for us?
