Fergus Drennan is seen by many as one of the leading foragers in the UK and he will be holding a special day for people to forage alongside him in the British countryside.
Paired the one Michelin starred restaurant, The Curlew, guests will spend a day with Fergus learning to forage before he cooks a fire pit lunch for all to sample.
The event culminates with a meal at The Curlew, a venue prized for its slow cooked meats, pork cheeks and 72-hour Beef. Food on the night will be paired with local, natural wines.
The event costs £105 and takes place on the 25th October 2012.
