A new film from the team behind The Mind of a Chef delves into one of the biggest talking points in food currently: fermentation.
Fermented sees chef Edward Lee travel the globe to discover more about fermented foods and exactly how the process works, and the many benefits it offers.
The documentary looks like a great entry point if you've heard a lot about fermentation, but don't know so much about what it actually involves.
The film premieres at the Seattle International Film Festival on 29 May 2017.
