Expo Milano 2015 - The Austrian Pavilion is Revealed

The team behind Austria’s Pavilion for Expo Milano 2015 have released information about what they will present to the 20 million visitors expiated to attend the first ever Universal Exposition to focus on a central them of food.

The Austrians objective is to get visitors to focus on the importance of air with ‘Breathe’ - an exhibition space packed with vegetation in an area they claim will produce over 60 kilograms of pure oxygen every hour.

Purposely removing screens and the over use of technology, the Austrians say they want visitors to experience a natural multi-sensory experience in which they are immersed in nature.

Alongside this example of Austria’s natural landscapes, the team will also work with some of the best chefs in Austria who will produce menus serving up Austrian produce found in nature and the forests.
