A restaurant in Salzburg is offering diners an exquisite treat this month: the cuisine of renown Mexican chef Enrique Olvera.

Olvera, whose restaurant Pujol ranks 36th in the world's 50 best restaurants list, created a menu that will be featured all month long at Ikarus, which is located at Hangar-7.

The Mexican-themed menu will feature 11 courses which blend Olvera's avant-garde ways with traditional Mexican ingredients. A total of three menus will be available: the Enrique Olvera Menu (which you can see below), an alternative seafood-based menu and a vegetarian option. Judging from the dishes below, the food seems absolutely amazing.

Olvera's visit is part of the guest chef program at Ikarus, which was designed by executive chef Roland Trettl. Every month a chef from around the world is flown in to treat diners to their special cuisine. Previous participating chefs have included Carlo Cracco, Davide Scabin and Grant Achatz.
