Legendary chef Ferran Adrià was in New York last week to promote the launch of his "Notes on Creativity" exhibition, currently on display at The Drawing Center in New York City.
The exhibition documents the work Adrià and his team did at the world famous elBulli restaurant in Roses, Spain. It features drawings, diagrams, pictures and papers that help tell the history of elBulli's development from small Catalan eatery to the world's best restaurant.
The exhibition is world apart from the original elBulli exhibit which opened in Barcelona back in 2012 with a number of new features and displays added. People are shown an illustrated history of food, the chef's new Decoding the Genome of Cooking map and a seven minute clip of a new which features all 1,846 dishes served during elBulli's history.
Notes on Creativity will be displayed at The Drawing Center in New York until February 28th.
