This particular study looked at the trend of eating and drinking on the go in the UK and found that a third of the population does it at least weekly. It predicts that 69% of people expect to pay more on takeaway food in the next year and that 72% of people expect to continue this habit with the same or more frequency.
It's no wonder that when faced with a hectic scheudule or life changes people turn to quick foods. In fact, opportunities abound when it comes to grabbing a quick coffee or juice on the road or buying snacks at a gas station or convenience store.
