In the video below the American Tv presenter Charlie Rose pays a visit to chef David Chang at one of his world famous Momofuku Noodle Bars.

Rose speaks with Chang about his simplistic approach to food while the chef cooks up his iconic fried chicken, explaining that the secret to super crispy batter is in fact putting a small amount of vodka in the batter.

The pair then sit down to eat while Rose continues to interview the chef about his approach in the kitchen, his informal style and just how he intends to keep on top of his game as the Momofuku brand expands.

It's a nice look behind the scenes of a restaurant that regulary features on The World's 50 Best Restaurants List sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna and wow does that look like some tasty chicken.
