She's originally from Vermont and the unique thing about Miller's knives is that they are made from old horseshow rasps, used for filing down hooves, so almost all the knives have a grate on the side.
Her knives cost from $200 to $800 for the largest chef's knife and each takes three days to make, with a wait of three to six months to get your hands on one. Expensive yes, but considerably cheaper than these knives forged from meteorite metal.
