The cover for Thomas Keller's Bouchon Bakery book has been released and it looks scrumptious.
The book is a collection of Keller's favorite baking recipes from bread and baguettes to macarons and even his famous take on Oreos.
Released on the 23rd October the synopsis claims that recipes have been worked on for years through trial and error and now offer high quality results every time.
FDL recently spoke with Chef Keller in an intimate interview about stepping away from the kitchen and becoming a culinary mentor.
