Food and Wine Magazine have revealed their list of The Best New Pastry Chefs of 2014 with five chefs from across the U.S. highlighted.
The five recipients were all picked as outstanding pastry chefs, with the magazine’s editor telling Eater, “pastry chefs are transforming American classics like s'mores into hyper-elegant desserts and using molecular techniques to invent playful, beautiful sweets."
You can see a collection of dessert from each of the pastry chefs on the Food and Wine website, with small quotes from each one.
