30 Under 30: New York's Most Exciting Food and Drink Workers

Zagat have released their annual New York City 30 Under 30 list - a collection of some of the most exciting young food and drink workers shaking up the city.

The list features everyone from mixologists to butchers, and even makers of the viral food hits, Eggloo. 

Quite a few chefs made the cut, twelve in total: Jordan Andino, Chloe Coscarelli, Cesar Gutierrez, Liz Johnson, Alex Leonard, Jack Logue, Karys Logue, Genevieve Meli, Tiffany Minter, Olivier Palazzo, Yael Peet, Yong Shin.

Others worth a note were Sam Appel, director at Journee - a growing community of restaurant professionals and Jake Dell - owner of Katz’s Delicatessen.
