Zagat have released their list of NYC’s 30 Under 30 - a collection of individuals under 30 years of age who are helping to ‘redefine the way we eat, drink and interact with food an beverages.’
The list is full of hard working entrepreneurs who, at just 30 or under, have had a lasting effect on the food landscape of their city.
The list starts as low as 19-year-old Marcella Perego who works as the retail manager at the Dominique Ansel Bakery and goes on to mention noodles makers and masters of the grilled cheese sandwich.
Zagat have also created a map including all the restaurants, bars and cafes linked with the 30 under 30 gang, allowing you all to sample what some of New York’s freshest food thinkers have to offer.
