We’re constantly being told to eat a healthy balanced diet and to make sure we get enough vitamins, but where exactly do each of the vitamins come from and what exactly do they do?
This infographic from Lifehack takes a closer look the issue with an explanation on exactly what foods contain each of the vitamins.
There are 12 different vitamin groups listed, from Vitamin A right through to Folate, and small diagrams that explain the foods that apply to each one.
There’s also a nice explanation on what each of the vitamins is useful for. Most people know the basics of this stuff but it’s nice to properly understand the links between different foods and vitamins – especially if a balanced diet is what you’re wanting.
