Indians have been singing the virtues of turmeric for strengthening the immune system for years and in keeping with they use the ingredient in many of their dishes.
Tumeric in curries is a perfect way to consume the yellow spice but trying to eat it in other foods can be a little difficult because of its strong and rather unique flavor.
