Every year on the 17th of January see the International Day of Italian Cuisine (IDIC) celebrate a new Italian dish.
The IDIC was born to help promote traditional Italian cuisine and since 2008 has celebrated a range of classic dishes such as Spaghetti alla Carbonara and Risotto alla Milanese and more recently Tiramisu.
For 2014 the dish chosen by the IDIC is the much loved Italian dish of spaghetti with tomato sauce.
To help you all celebrate the IDIC and the famous combination of Italy's famous pasta with pomodoro - here's a recipe from the Michelin starred chef Davide Oldani as part of S.Pellegrino's Practice the Art of Fine Food Every Time You Can campaign.
