A Tokyo based confectionary firm has produced a soy sauce flavored ice cream.
The Hiroto company worked alongside the Ymani Soy Sauce Company to produce the dessert which consists of a cream puff filled with the soy sauce ice cream.
A percentage of the profits generated from sales of the dessert will go towards rebuilding a North Eastern city of Japan that was damaged during the Tsunami.
