Cooking your very own sous vide meal is as simple as following the instructions on the video below. You'll need a pot with water, a thermometer set to your desired cooking temperature, a ziplock bag and oil to prevent sticking.
The main tricks are: keeping constant temperature and not closing the ziplock bag - instead you'll keep the bag open and put a lid over the pot (leaving the lid ajar). Genius, no?
