Imagine making a soup for 8,000 people, just how much veg do you think you'd need?
The answer is around 1.2 tons and we know this because the Slow Food Youth Movement in Germany did it last year when they created this tasty looking offering. The video may be a little old but we're pretty sure many restaurants would be happy to employ these happy faced workers in their kitchen.
The group are part of the Slow Food movement in Germany and take great pride in their production of hearty vegetable soup.
Watch as they chop their way through a serious amount of vegetables before adding them to the pan and cooking up, what has to be, one of the biggest soups ever made.
