The humble sesame seed is a key ingredient in many cultures cuisines, appearing in flavourings, garnishes as well as in both sweet and savoury sesame seed recipes.

With their a nutty, sweet aroma with a milk-like, buttery taste they are a great addition to many dishes and work will with a variety of ingredients including chickpeas, chicken, tofu, eggplant, fish, lamb and noodles.
