Scientists Develop Heat Proof Chocolate

The chocolate company Cadburys say they've developed a chocolate that won't melt even if it's left outside in high temperatures for several hours.

Developed for distribution in hot countries such as India and Brazil and will withstand temperatures up to 104-degrees.

Using some new manufacturing techniques the chocolate makers are able to reduce sugar into much smaller particles - this means they are covered in less fat which gives the chocolate a much stronger resistance to heat.

There is one major draw back of the new bar - because of the way it's made it doesn't have the heavenly melt in your mouth feeling associated with most good chocolate moments.
