Good Friday meals are traditionally simple and seafood based. Since it is a deeply meaningful holiday, we wanted to share some simple seafood dishes that express the spirit of Easter.
These fish cakes with herbs, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce make for a nice starter.
A great followup dish would be this Cantonese-style steamed salmon with garlic oil, a dish that is the essence of simplicity (pictured below).
