This Italian classic takes on new life with the interpretation of stellar chefs like Brazil's Alex Atala, whose restaurant D.O.M. ranks 4th on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list,  and Italy's Gennaro Esposito, whose restaurant Torre del Saracino has two Michelin stars.
