Here's The Ultimate Recipe for No-Cook Peanut Butter Fudge

Peanut butter fudge makes a great snack anytime of the year. Just ask anyone with a sweet tooth.

If you'd like to make this special treat at home we've got just the recipe for you. Preparing this no-cook peanut butter fudge recipe doesn't require making a big mess in the kitchen.

No-cook peanut butter fudge is a one-bowl dessert perfect for cooks who don't want to bother with baking, but would like to enjoy a homemade treat.

Tips For Making No-Cook Peanut Butter Fudge

We prefer the smooth texture of creamy peanut butter in this no-cook fudge recipe, but the chunky version works just as well.

For a healthier option you may choose to prepare the fudge with coconut oil, but butter will give it that old-fashioned flavour. We've listed both ingredients so you can choose what you like.

1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup of coconut oil or butter, melted
2 tablespoons of confectioner’s sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well incorporated (a stand mixer works well for this task).

Spread mixture in a lightly greased baking pan. Freeze until solid. Cut into one in squares and serve.

The no-cook peanut butter fudge may be stored in the refrigerator or freezer.
