EASY NO-COOK PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE RECIPE
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup of coconut oil or butter, melted
2 tablespoons of confectioner’s sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well incorporated (a stand mixer works well for this task).
Spread mixture in a lightly greased baking pan. Freeze until solid. Cut into one in squares and serve.
