This week at Fine Dining Lovers we delighted our senses with a new array of fabulous gourmet recipes. We fell head over heels for eggplant parmesan made with three cheeses, a creamy coconut vegetable curry, yummy corn fritters and indulged our sweet tooth with a raspberry-peach crumble topped with crushed almonds and hazelnuts. The good news? You can enjoy these delicious gourmet recipes too. Here's what to make: 

Eggplant Parmesan
